I have been involved in the Taxi Industry for 35 years. For approximately 28 years Tony has serviced my transmissions. We are a Taxi Company based in Takanini and a good number of our Shareholders travel to Otahuhu to have their transmissions serviced by Tony.
In 1988 I purchased a car from a Franchise Dealer, with 60,000kms on the clock, 5,000kms later the transmission started slipping, after numerous trips back to the Franchise with the transmission still slipping they sent it to Tony for a rebuild. When I finally sold that vehicle, it had 900,000kms without missing a beat. Along with all the servicing Tony has rebuilt 5 or 6 of my transmissions without any problems at all.
